I get homemade tortillas whenever I want. Just got done making a dozen gorditas. When they cool off, I'll split them and stuff them with cheese and homemade refried beans. I'll save out a couple for lunch tomorrow and freeze the rest.
I do a pollo asado also. I take the 10lb bag of chicken leg quarters, cut the fat and clean them. Then, I use a red chili molido and rub it into the skin and meat. The chili isn't hot, just red and has a lot of spices I put in it. I put the chicken in gallon freezer bags and dust each piece with the chili powder. If I am going to grill it the next day, I just put it in the refer. If not, I just freeze it. The longer it has contact, the more the spices can soak into the meat. I don't use anything but mesquite to grill with. When I lived in Mexico and cooked at my GF's restaurant, Fridays and Saturdays were pollo asado days. I'd cook about 100 lbs a weekend. |

Wyoming boasted the fastest growth rate for the 12-month period: Is it a coincidence that Cheney is from Wyoming? And that in helping Bush rack the worst environmental record of any President in history, promoted Wyoming's petroleum and coal businesses. Cutting off migratory routes for many large herds of wildlife. I read that Mexican food is very popular in Wyoming at this point. Coincidence I think not.... Bush is responsible for the infiltration of Mexican food into the fragile lands of Wyoming......In a few years there will be "W's Taco and Chip" stands all over Wyoming....  ... This one SO deserves accolades and endless applause!!! ...

Texas should be a free independent country. It's like the size of Poland isn't it? France? They chose to join the Union. Just like the rest of the States. If it hadn't been for the US Army Santa Anna would probably have taken Texas back. CCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCC Bull .they join the union after wining there freedon . congress made them split it up before they could join . they did join because they needed a big brother to protect them . latter the us troops entered mexico because of Geronimo . had nothing to do with Texas . |

Upon doing so the Mexican Army attacked US troops. Santa Anna still considered it Mexico and would have undoubtably took it back eventually. |

The best future projections about jobs are in Texas. Don't believe me? The least amount of unemployed http://www.americanprogress.org/issues/2009/03/job_losses.html I can't find the interactive map from NYTimes showing the next 4 years in different job categories but Texas leads the way, while the shoreline cities will suffer the most. YEA if you work for free you can work all day .then collect welfare to support your kids and go to emergency rooms to have your treated because you can't afford to pay . and youknow who pays for it we do .. all the while faceing a loss in pay because you work for free . |
