I signed up on this on saturday night thinking there are alot of Single Girls out there looking for a Very Nice Guy but I checked my mAIL BOX AND There was nothing in it Why? Can someone tell me if this site really works?

You've only been here one day?!
Nothing is instant, you have to give it time, send emails to others,jump around in the forums, that is the best way to get to know others and let them know you. There are a lot of great people here. Hello and welcome by the way.

Yeah...it works. I have personally rubbed one off to over 600 profiles in less than a month. Now that is some real results there....
