How sad.

I grew up in his district, and my parents still live there. I didn't agree with much he said or did, but he brought alot of high tech jobs to that area. I feel sorry for those people that work there, because those jobs are going bye bye..

Well that is a Lawsuit ready to happen for he died due too they nicked his intestines during the first surgery which caused the infection and was taken back to the hospital 2 days later due to complications.

That should have been a very simple surgery which ended in tragedy.

he was a democrat that was an unindicted co-conspirator in the abscam sting operation.

he was well known for earmarks and getting DOD contracts awarded to his friends and largest campaign donors.

He was also very vocal against the War in Iraq, and helped lay the foundation for troop removal from a war that never should have happened in the first place.

He voted for the war. His problem was with the way it was managed. He certainly didn't have a problem with steering war inspired DOD contracts to his friends.
