Do you speak out for what you believe in? No matter what the cost? No matter who might shout against you? Or are you just another sheep in the fold? I prefer to go against the grain, because without dissent and desire for change leads to stagnation and rot. I don't go against for spite's sake, but if I feel strongly about something I will make it known, no matter what the naysayers say. Stand up, and fight for what you know is right.

I speak out no matter what. I probably should learn to bite my tongue more, but it's part of my charm laugh

Sometimes I speak out even if I'm not against it. I just speak my mind no matter what. I'm a fountain of knowledge that is spewing everywhere laugh

We need more people like this. If you really feel a certain way, don't compromise your beliefs for conformity's sake, speak out! That's what makes us unique. We are different, and we DO NOT have to be the same as the group, show your feathers and be proud!

I dont waste my breath or throw pearls to swine,,so to speak, but I do speak up when I feel it will matter in some way or I feel someone is interested in what I have to say.

I see nothing wrong with difference (unless it's illegal)

I actually enjoy learning about others differences. I have a problem when someone tells me I should adhere to their ways or beliefs though.

I voice my opinion and welcome people to voice theirs. I do not have to agree with them and they do not have to agree with me. I am open minded enough to see the other side and at times I can be convinced that I am wrong. I enjoy a good debate provided it is respectful.

I always knew you were strong in conviction and you don't subscribe to what is PC or what is "accepted." Be strong in your beliefs but listen to what others have to tell you, and then you can evaluate whether they speak the truth or they are heretics. But love them and forgive them no matter what they believe in.

No sheep here! I speak my mind and FUQ what the sheeple think. If they can't handle my opinion they shouldn't ask. Then again if I am being affected negatively you bet I will say something anyways.

To all of you who voted for change...

How is your boy Obama lately?

So have we had positive change yet?

noway

Yeahhhhhh!

He will affect positive changes when Satan is topside handing us all Hawaiian Ices!pitchfork

Until then he will just keep selling us out to big business and Socialist agenda.

Obama is going to go down in history as the greatest American failure yet! A true follower in the Bill Clinton School of politics!

See. I speak my mind!

"Driven out by thieves,
I watch them pillage the planet
fuelled by a fattening greed,
trees fall to the hatchet
chopping against the grain,
our spirits in a vacuum
sadly ignore the pain,
the end arrives, we all lose
I hope it comes around
Driven out
holding out
day by day survival
Castaways have silent lives
with the strength to rival you
Driving in my car
I used to be able to walk this far
now I turn on the light.
I used to be able to sleep at night
I'm cooking with microwaves
to warm up food not seen the soil
plugged into my TV
used to the lies they're telling me
I hope it comes around
driven out...
Hoping that we find,
more to life than meets the eye
can we escape the grind,
build a life that's more worthwhile
be rid of this empty p ride,
full of selfishness inside
bathe in a turning tide,
until then we all hide
I hope it comes around
driven out."

I'm driven out by what society wants me to believe, but I resist, and believe what I want to believe. And what I know is right.

Sometimes you gotta know when to keep your mouth shut! I would never compromise someones feelings (provided they are close to me) or my job or anything like that just for some pointless fact I would be trying to make.

Yes, of course. I always defend those who don't have a voice, and I always stand up for what is right, no matter the cost to myself personally. I have always been like this. I remember once in high school after school was over I saw the principle smoking in the building. I told him that he'd have to "take it outside or put it out" because it was against school policy. He looked at me like I was from Mars, but when I went to get adult supervision he quickly put it out. He also looked for reasons to give me detentions for the rest of the year....

I don't believe in double standards. Right is right and wrong is wrong. For those that don't have a voice (children, handicapped, etc. even animal rights) I will always defend them

But when do you keep your mouth shut? When you let them walk all over you? If you believe strongly in something, will you let them know it, or will you withdraw and let them win that round. Sometimes it is better, for the sake of unwanted conflict. Confront or Withdraw, that is the problem many of us face. What does God want, not what do we want?

When I was a kid I always stood up to everything that was wrong, however you tend to learn things as you grow and I now see choosing your battles as a better approach. There are many variables, but I will always protect those close to me
