All doors are always shut to closets...only bathroom n bedroom stay open.

Not in bathroom, not on balcony (ckd 4 times) and no holes in screening, not under sofa, cant see him under my bed( and if he was there, my cats would be acting REALLLY weird ).

Only place I can REALLY think is under fridge as aforementioned.

Cant see under there cause of dust bunnies and no batteries for flashlight.....died on me.

Ok everyone, need your help tonight. This is very important so PLEASE take the time to "think" about this. And use your imagination.I have but one very important question to ask you.....please think this out people.

IF you were a small turtle living in an apt, WHERE WOULD YOU HIDE DURING AN :APPARENT: GAME OF HIDE N SEEK ?!?!?!

Well, it's a known fact (?) that turtles just LOVE to hide in SHOES ... esp. those 'open-toe' thingies ... not so much the Birkenstocks ...

I do have ONE tiny question, tho' ... did the TURTLE realize it was playin' 'hide 'n seek' ... ? I mean, it's a turtle ...

When you checked under your couch, if there's any fabric that's come away, did you check up IN your couch?

Whoever said turtles can't climb is wrong. Those little buggers will climb up outta the floor area and into any gaps in the engine and the wall panel. Ungrateful varmints, when you rescue them from a squashing on the highway. Put them in the car to take them home, and they scramble for the nearestholes, wherever they may be. I've had them get wedged between the foam and the wire under the seat itself.

Nah, theres no loose fabric under the couch....yet!

Cats cant fit under there so no, its not messed up under there.

But yeah, he walks close to the walls in his area and tries to be like Spiderman...its funny as heckers!!!

And I actually did save one from a squashing last wk in rush hr traffic and it byt me the little shyte !!!

My guess would be behind the toilet, or washing machine, or even the washing machine because it is dark and usually damp. Put whatever he likes to eat and he will come around. Look and see if any of the kick plates are off of your cabinets because he is probably found a hide out from the cats.

LOL!

Yeh, the snapping turtles are kinda pissy. I can usually grab them by the tail and be okay, but gotta remember to swing them a bit away when ya put them down or they'll lunge back. Gratitude...whoa
