Topic: Easy Fast - Send a card | |

Hey everyone,
Something cool that Xerox is doing If you go to this web site, www.letssaythanks.com , you can pick out a thank you card and Xerox will print it and it will be sent to a soldier that is currently serving in Iraq. You can ' t pick out who gets it, but it will go to some member of the armed services. Check it out, the art is all done by kids and put onto post cards. I chose to write a short personal message, but they have some you can choose from if you don't know what to say. Please send a card. It is FREE and it only takes a second. |

Anne Mulcahy, the CEO of Zerox is one of my heroes in business. When
Xerox was about to tank with the upper echelon bailing, she stepped up to the plate from within and kicked the good ol' boy network in the ass, turning that company back into a major world player. A fascinating woman. If you ever get a chance to hear how she did it, jump on it. A CEO that cares about her people and saved many thousands of jobs. More balls than I could ever muster! |

Anne spoke of this card program when she was interviewed on CEO
Exchange. I find women that have broken the business mold fascinating. Most have gotten there by their hard work and skill, not by who they know in the good old boy network. That means instant credibility to me. |
