Okay this is gonna sound weird but I was told if you put CD disc on fishing line hanging like chimes over what ever you don't want the birds to eat they will stay away. It seems the silver disc reflects their image and scares them away as the breeze blows them about hey it is worth a try.:thumbsup:

I plan on trying it above the dogs dish on the back patio for they eat the dry dog food all the time. And boy can they eatslaphead


WOW! I'm gonna try that too! I've got the same problem with birds eating my dogs food! They also eat the blooms off my tomato and jalapeno plants! UGH! mad

i have swiss chard and lettuce that came up volunteer and we've eaten it twice already...i put out zucchini and eggplant plants and planted some beans and onions, but that's it for this year...i can't grow decent tomatoes to save my life...luckily i have friends that canhappy

I added some canteloupe to my garden and I also added a sweet 100 cherry tomato in a pot beside the garden. I already have 3 other kinds of tomatoes in the garden.

OH and I got my first little grape tomatoes showing! happy

Oh I don't mean to brag bigsmile But my garden is looking AWESOME! I will be having some squash soon YUM...I cook mine with butter and vidalia onions and top with cheddar cheese YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMM! So far so good with bug control...I am just using a spray bottle with a little bit of dish detergent in water...trying not to use sevin...my dogs go out there and I am afradi it will hurt them.

Oh! I have cherry tomatoes too and absolutely love them! Yep, gardening gives you a special kind of feeling when you see your plants grow.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm...They look great...My cherry sweet 100 is still small...I planted it later...I have grape tomatoes(the enlongated ones) and one tiny beef steak on the vines.

Ooooooooooooh I just had the first mess of my yellow squash for supper! Yummy yum yum it was! happy
just picked

All sliced up with some vidalia onions and ready to cook


I usually top it last with some cheddar cheese, but I was out so ate it toplessbigsmile
