A police officer has agreed to plead guilty to falsely claiming to be a
U.S. citizen for taking his dead cousin's identity as a teenager,
according to the U.S. attorney's office.

A plea agreement released last week says prosecutors will recommend a
sentence of six to 12 months for Oscar Ayala-Cornejo, 24. The maximum
sentence is three years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

Ayala-Cornejo also agreed to be deported after his prison sentence and
resign from the Milwaukee police department, Assistant U.S. Attorney Mel
Johnson said. The officer, who authorities said was not involved in any
major cases, had been taken off the department's payroll earlier this
month.

In February, a U.S. Department of Homeland Security agent received an
anonymous call from someone reporting Ayala-Cornejo was an illegal
immigrant but was using the identity of his dead cousin, the complaint
says.

Makes you wonder who exactly did pull you over last week!!!!

This is really crazy, relatives also admit that the one he took the ID
from was not him either.

He stole the ID from a 7 month old cousin who was born in Chicago.

Revolving ID's it appears. 1 legal baby(born in country), 2 illegal
adults, same ID!!

Oh great and I live in wisconsin, at least thats way on the other side
of the state, Geesh

If this does not define the scope of the illegal alien problem, nothing
will. We need to round them all up and send them ALL back where they
came from. If we need workers then let them come into this country
legally, work and pay taxes. If they can't speak English, then let them

You will not see this heart-stopping photo on the front page of the
NY Times or on the lead story of the major news networks. The protestors
put up the Mexican flag over the American flag flying upside down at
Montebello High School in California

I predict this stunt will be the nail in the coffin of any
guest-worker/amnesty plan on the table in Washington. The image of the
American flag subsumed to another and turned upside down on American
soil is already spreading on Internet forums and via e-mail.

The battle for our secure borders and immigration laws that actually
mean something, however, hasn't even begun.

Ive seen that devinci, it was posted here before. If you notice the date
on the story, it is over a year old.
When I first read it I was very mad, but this story is brand new. It was
in the news this morning!!

where I saw it had no mention of how old it was..sorry

I got so mad when I saw it I cussed everyone in the State of California,
and suggested we give it back to Mexico!!!
