It is actually sad to see people act so ignorantly. It is ignoratnt. But it also was when it was done to President Bush. I did ask why the NAACP has to get involved with this? Nothing was done when it happened to Bush. So what? Are you afraid of the Naacp or something? Let them do what they do, it is no concern unless you are guilty of something racist. I want the Naacp and all other groups to investigate all happenings that could be racist so that we know if there is something to be concerned about. You can bet someone investigated all instances of Bush effigies being burned or whatever, we just didn't hear about it. Don't fool yourself into believing otherwise. No I'm not afraid of the NAACP. And I'm not guilty of anything racist. I'm just getting tired of everything that happens to oppose President Obama's agenda gets turned into a race issue. |

thank you,, that article is from the same day it happened, was there any follow up news? I am looking myself but yours is the ONLY information I find about the incident at all.... Probably no follow up news because burning someone in effigy is no big deal, especially if it is Bush. (  )

I am moderate politically. I lean liberal on some issues and not on others. I really don't fit any labels all the way and I don't believe many people do. |
