when i want to open my mail. it says it has to confurm email address then when i do this . ther is nothing in my e mail,from mingle2 to confurme my address. and wont let me read my mail

I have downloaded the app on my phone (Android), however it will not let me log in to my account on the phone? It does not take my password.. Is it not possible to sync the online account with the mobile app? If so, what do I need to do for this to happen? I have no issues online with my computer. Thanks!

I'm having the same problem city
 The app worked for me before but I uninstalled when I took a break... now since I've reinstalled it won't accept my password....
Anyone having the same issue? Or any suggestions? |

Anyone having the same issue? Or any suggestions? I think, a few months ago, users were asked by e mail to re set the password. Not sure about the app though, since I am using the desktop version. So maybe re set your password and it should be alright

You don't need the app though, I guess? Just forget the app, and focus on more important things
