 Do I live in what is termed "God's country" Colorado, a land-locked state, with just a taste of culture in Denver???? Cuz every guy in CO is outdoorsy  .. you know the type. Camping.   Fishing.  Hiking. Biking.  Snowboarding Hunting. (well this one is just a LITTLE cool  ) So anyone within 200 miles of me is either Davy Crockett or Lance Armstrong or Shawn White  I  city, fine dining, wine tasting, culture, cafes/walks on beaches (ya fat chance of that eh?)  .. yada yada. And honestly, I don't mind if they do some of that as long as they get that I'll pack their bag .. have a GOOD time honeyyyy But I'm a city girl dontcha know? Do you ever wonder if you would do better in finding someone who likes what YOU like if you lived somewhere else? from your mouth to God's ears, I have the same obstacle on these social sites,,,,,seems there are as many 'outdoorsy' men as there are 'independent' women sigh |

He is deemed one of the nicest athletes around.  As I said in the other post, he is a two-time Snowboarding Olympic Gold Medalist - and NOT gay. His girlfriend is gorgeous. He probably gets more tail than we can imagine. How can America NOT embrace the "Flying Tomato" (because of his red hair) who is famous for the Double McTwist 1260???  Snowboarders, skaters surfers, and other extreme MX athletes usually have long hair. Why does he have to be gay?

I can't imagine the people who sit back and criticize have enough strength, commitment and athleticism to win gold medals. People do not have to think he is attractive but to call him “gay” or any other derogatory term is sad. Even if he is gay? Who cares! Go America!!!  Love redheads! |

Snowboarders, skaters surfers, and other extreme MX athletes usually have long hair. Why does he have to be gay? He doesn't. And he is so friggin awesome. I'd dare any of us to have mastered our talents the way this guy has. He's one in a mill .. hands down

basic attraction and personality matter, but I just feel I am doing a disservice to the person who loves the outdoors to waste their time,,,knowing Im not going to be enjoying the experience with them,,,,
i dont like bugs, or dirt, or sweat, or BO,, so, for dating purposes, I have to pass over the outdoorsy types however attractive or nice they may be (though Im sure they make as awesome a friend as any). |

I hear ya sistah. I love the mountains, but not to live in them, or spend all my vacation getting dirty and working (ie camping =) Every guy in CO seems to LOVE camping. WTH they see in it (except the stars =) I'll never ever get. I work all the time. When I vaca I want someone serving me .. 5* hotel style. Oh ya. THAT'S what I'M talkin bout
