This guy I dated recently and who I thought dumped me just called me. A while back I got a message on Yahoo IM from him saying he found someone else and leave him alone so I kinda moved on. But he called me because he saw my Myspace status and was upset about it. I haven't heard from him since March and now he is swearing up and down he did not send that message. How should I reply to this situation? Is he just trying to get me back because the other girl broke up with him or could it be the truth? Opinions please!

Regardless....personally...I'd let it go. Someone on his end is into games and drama. If you did get back with him, then whoever sent the message (assuming it's not him) would cause problems. Just doesn't seem worth it to me.

Did he tell you he was held prisoner since March and therefore unable to call? Haha he did say his phone broke in half and he was unable to do anything with it...including Yahoo. But I have to agree that the whole thing is fishy. Stuff like this is the whole reason I stay single in the first place. Just not into games. I know that not every man is like that but it is just easier right now to have friendships. |

I always forget the address of someone Im seeing when my phone breaks. Such things prevent me from using library computers too. Its very interesting really. Right.  He must have c.r.s.

My advice is to just move on and forget about him. He can swear up and down that he did not say such things, he could be lying, and obviously if you haven't talked to him since March, then you deserve better than that.

Oh I forgot, he said he has been out of town with his daughter because school let out. Supposedly they went to Houston. Guess they don't have pay phones or 411 there.
