Hi folks. What kind of transportation thing you working on Chris? I work in third party logistics or freight forwarding and move trailers and containers on the railroads in the NAFTA countries. It is a pricing and rating program that can quickly analyse truck/rail/leasing costs while factoring in fuel surcharges, currency exchanges etc. It free up time, allowing small and medium sized business the ability to interact with stakeholders instead of manipulating spreadsheets. I love the railroads and the economics and environmental friendliness and benefits of it all. Does that make sense? So I have been interacting with Americans from coast to coast my whole career. Sounds like a fun job. I work for a company that makes components for railroad equipment. So I kind of have a love hate relationship with trains. I hear you on the love/hate relationship with the railroads. Now there is something that US/Canada should be spending money on, expanding the RR infrastructure. That would be a huge job creation program. Terrible that it costs more to take the rails vs flying. Also, it is not my job anymore, I am working on this in my spare time since I got downsized last month. It is my retirement.

Hi Bill! Want some ice cream Is Bill Motown?? Everywhere I go the thread mentions ice cream. Ice cream should be a separate food group in my opinion. Ice cream is in a class all it's own. You can say that again!
