Has this happened to anyone. I've had several IM's from guys, who
obviously know nothing about me. When the IM shows up, I don't
recognize the sender, they weren't anyone I had seen in the community
forum, but I would answer, just to be polite.

Most of them want cyber sex, I just love the part when I tell them I'm a
lesbian. But I couldn't figure out how they were viewing my profile.

OK - so I'm dumb. It took me awhile to figure out they were just
scanning the discussions and picking a chick.

I stopped answering the IM's from those I don't know, but just wondering
- is there a lot of this going on?

I shut my ims off, had some from men who were looking for cyber or phone
sex, with no intentions of getting to know me as a person.
