Other than the natural aging process, what do you think has added years onto your life?
might I ask why u r curious about this topic?
It was something that was just in my head. I think after i saw some people my age that lived a harder life, look so beat up.
ya, I think sometimes it is stress, or their coping mechanisms for dealing with it - some better than others

I also think, physically, people don't always take good care of themselves, and in my opinion it's just as important as taking care of oneself emotionally

especially when trying to maintain a healthy appearance

Working for over half of my life (I'm really not that old to have been working for almost 15 years already) grumble
I started working at 12 - it was just a few hours a week during school, but in the summers I worked pretty regular - then when I went to college got a couple school years off (played sports) but still worked the summers, and then my last 4 years of college I worked - all year - around my classes and practices/games

so anyway - yeah. For me though I don't really see it as a bad thing because I did get some breaks in there and I got my education too

The sun, as I have work most of my life outdoors. My ex's, stress and the pain of loss.

But I am alive and thats what counts, have more to live and look forward too.

Finding the one to share the rest of my life with will slow down the aging process.

I don't think that the things that have happened in my life have aged me, but I do believe that they have matured me. I don't want to go into details, but everything that has happened to me in life, good or bad has shaped me into the person I am today. I am a happy, well rounded adult who has lived the good and bad parts of life. Aged or not, I am who I am, and that's something that I love!
