Do we really know who killed the family? The way you talk about it. It
sound like they think Benoit did it??? No way r you serious about this?
If it is true I can not beleive it . It is hard to swallow that....I'm
kind of sad because he's a good guy and he work so hard for what he has
become it is very sad to find this out..... How did you found out it was
him?

And don't forget when people become superstars or famous sometimes it
gets into theire minds and then they can't think straight and they
become sadder then what they used to be....

Maybe he was not happy about is life but it still does not give him the
power to kill if he did it but in my heart I don't think he did it....
And I hope they find who did it because I think they took a family and a

It's certainly a sad day for anyone who saw Chris Beniot perform. He had
a reputation within the wrestling industry as being not only one of the
best in-ring workers in history(anyone familiar with him knows I'm not
overstating here), but also for being one of the most unselfish
wrestlers in and out of the ring. He always was ready with advice for
younger wrestlers, and when bookers and/or promoters told him they
wanted him to "do the job"(lose the match), he never complained, unlike
most major names would.
That being said, police are treating this as a murder/suicide. They're
speculating Beniot killed his wife and son, then killed himself. Further
reports from the investigation should be released later this afternoon.
I don't know what really happened. There's a chance we'll never really
know. The fact it happened is horrible enough, but why it happened is
mind-boggling. I don't profess to knowing Benoit personally, or even
having a conversation with him. To be honest, I've never seen him
perform live-only on TV. I will say this-of all the wrestlers I've seen
on TV, Benoit seemed to be one of the most stable personalities going. I
guess there's some truth to the saying, "It's the quiet ones you've
gotta worry about".
Things, I feel, are about to hit the fan in a big way. ABC News just
announced they're doing a story on this, and also doing a major story on
the WWE. In my opinion, Vince McMahon dodged a bullet during his 1994
steroid trial(charges were filed in the wrong district). The
U.S.government doesn't like losing criminal cases, especially on
technicalities. I wouldn't bet the farm on Vince being lucky a second
time.

Last night I went to bed only knowing that his family and himself were

They had the special before the facts came out, they have since
apologized and removed all mention of him from their shows and websites.

damned swurew that just because someone is famous then by some weird
osmosis they are better than others, whether it is there life is better
they are smarter, case in point look at all the actors who think they

AMEN TO THAT armydoc!! Let me add this wrestler was a selfish, self
centered arsehole tooooooo busy to help his WIFE with their
autistic/fragileX son. You know I have a youngin with autism and its
ALOT OF FRUSTRATING AND TIRING WORK but i have NEVER been so EVIL and
HORRIBLE as a HUMAN BEING OR PARENT to want to MURDER MY SON. I can SO
RELATE with his now DEAD WIFE thanks to HIM regarding needing some HELP
with this child. Been there, did this battle with my childs dad. Thats
been a joke and honestly he wouldnt man up and grow a pair, refuses to
be a decent parent/father and i dont have pity for his selfish crap. I
also have never wanted to KILL the man...(fantasized many
times..hahahaha!!!...JK!!) but i think ya'll KNOW what i am saying here.
They were fighting about the boys school now that he finished
kindergarten. I was frightened too with my youngin with this same issue
but there are many very talented teachers and my boys has been top
notch. THAT is still NO EXCUSE to MURDER HIS WIFE AND CHILD. NO BUDDY!

He did have neck surgery, as pointed out, so thats prolly why he legally had steroids. whether he abused them or not is up to science. Personally, I don't this it was purely 'roids. There has to be somthing deeper. Its like saying "oh allen killed himself because hes depressed, end of story" Where as if I did, there would be much more to it than just depression.

Also, the tribute show was done before all the facts came out that he murdered his family. All the WWE knew is that he and his family was dead a few hours before the show was to start. And it was a damn good show to be honest, it showed all his best matches, showed part of his documentary, and such. But after the offical report came out, the WWE took down all websites celebrating him, and quit selling his merchandise.
