Heck I may make it to 3 cups when I do drink coffee for at times I only have coffee 2-3 times a week....

Yeah i use to drink coffee all day then had to give it up at night to sleep. Now have to give it up at noon to sleep. I drink half a pot and I use half cafe at home.

I do not drink that much every day. But being in a restaurant this morning with a very nice waitress filling the cup. I drink about 4-5 cups a morning. Then switch to coke till noon then tea, or seven up.

Shshsh now I drink tea all day long and well caffeine has no effect on me sleeping.
I sleep like a baby still get the 8-9 hours per night without a problem...
