“The Race” As I look at the moon nestled deep within the sky. I start to question myself asking why. Has it finally happen in the long run? Has loneliness finally won? No longer do I sit and think. That someday I will find my missing link. No longer do I search the crowd for that face. Thinking this could be the place. Could it be that it has been so long. That living alone is where I belong. Some, it would leave them feeling sad. But being alone is not always bad. You can come and go as you please. Fast as the wind or slow as a gentle breeze. Your life is all yours for you to set the pace. No longer do you feel as if you’re running a race. K.L.M 9-16-2010
