My friend on her cannot log on to M2 because she forgot her password. They say it has been sent to her but it hasn't shown up in her email yet. any suggestions?

She might want to double check her spam settings on her main email. It could be going to spam. Hope this helps, Kim

She said it did, and now she is online.The weird thing is she said it sent passwords she never used.

That is odd. The admins would have to look into that one. I know (from my own experience) that emails I want get filed into spam. Glad to hear it worked

Hey ...thanks,,,I pulled the email out of the spam folder....lol but I swear...it's a different one than I used...but it worked!

You could use the password reset procedure on the log in screen.
