Have you ever took your date to an all you can eat restaurant and she refused to pig out? Your just are just enjoying your dinner and you look over and she is just eating like a bird.

Thats why you don't take them there. You take them to a normal restaurant so they can bring the leftovers home and eat them as soon as you leave. XD

To an all u can eat buffet. U are not serious! How can u pig out on a first date, if we were dating I wouldn't mind, but not on a first date. U would have just wasted money.
 The last time I went out on a first date, I was so nervous, I could barely eat anything, I just ate a few pieces of vegetables. And I felt so bad because the guy treated me to dinner and I barely ate anything.

I read this one as a win win situation.
Next dinner will be $2 at McDonalds and she will still be skinny as a rail. ............. unless... her appetite got throwed of by the booger that was peeking out of you left nostril. |

Sir Trout was bein a wee bit of a joker. The other thread just made me think of past dates. But then a lot of dates don't get past the restaurant stage. You must admit it is an important part of some dates.

I thought a buffet like setting would be more comfortable because it take out the part out if you should order for her or her order for herself. See I learned something.

In the first ten to twenty years of my dating life, I ate a big dinner before taking a girl on the "BIG" restaurant date, in order to save money. I gave up alcohol at around the same time for the same reason. |

Next dinner will be $2 at McDonalds and... You joking? A glass of water (in a wax paper cup) is $5 in my town. A big mac grew bigger in price too. In the whole of Scotland, UK, Macdon'tnolds are going bankrupt, one after another, with the new pricing policy. But I go to MacD more, coz now I feel like I'm eating a meal at an expensive, classy, nice and cozy little restaurant. They even used to have Bleu Cheese! in one of their concoctions. I read the ingredients list, yes, sir, I did. |
