confidence, dependability, honesty, tact, and class and the ever so cliche 'sense of humor'

I like what ^^^^Hippy said. A "survivor". That has a meaning in itself. Someone that has gone through hardships, for the most part, has become a humble person. That is an unmistakable quality that is very rare to find. Very many people that get "stuck" in a rut stay there, or they become a bitter person. A survivor, on the other hand, has risen above their hardships and is thankful for every new day that passes. They can usually find their happiness in the small things in life.

I hope I did not ask for too much? With ESRD for 6 years I have a 50/50 chance of living so a survivor is essential to me.

Yep, have to agree with this, if you learn to survive and be thankful, each day is a blessing. its easy to smile if you are thankful for everything

I want it all. A man who is honest, faithful, makes me laugh, thinks I'm sexy as hell in sweats and has no problem telling me when I'm being an *** but kissing me after he says it. A man who loves my strength but loves me even more when I'm weak and crawls into his lap to cry while he holds me.

I know, I know, rub a lamp.bigsmile

Sweetness, humor, consideration for others. The ability to see live for what it offers not what it takes. And of course a bit of naughtiness just makes it better.
