Sight. As much as the loss of music would kill me...it'd be so much more freeing to be able to see all the beauty in the world. And I could still read. Can't live without reading.

Sight for the same reason as mentioned above. At least I could still read the way I am used to. Otherwise it would be hearing, as I could probably learn braille were I determined enough.
