They tell you it is. My Grandmother said I use to talk with a ghost when I was 4. I did not remember that. I have seen many things I can not explain seeing while sober.

No matter how real and honest those shows try to come across as... A thought in the back of my mind says everything went through editing before it got to the tube

Well of course I believe in ghosts, I have felt ghosts alot in the past few years, they are friendly ghosts, I have had them tap me on the shoulder, I have felt there breath on my neck, I have a spirit guide animal that visits me often and brings me messages from the spirit world, and no I am not crazy, I am just more in tuned with the spirit world.

Began to be interested in astral travel about 2 years ago, it happened almost immediately, later developed their own methods of assistance to exit to the astral plane. In the astral a lot of interesting things, you are not limited possibilities, how to walk through walls and is easy to fly, and you can also meet people who died long ago. There is also the dark spirits which sometimes you trying to frighten. This is not to tell words, it has to be felt. Pleasant sensations. If you have specific questions , I'd be glad to answer them.

how did you start your soul travel, you said it happened almost immediately, did you just sit down and your soul lifted or you apply anything?
