Anyone know anything about pools? I have an indoor pool at my hotel I manage and having trouble getting my chlorine levels to balance... any advice would be appreciated. I recenlty lost my maintenance person so it's just me working on it.

Sorry I don't know too much about it except if it is wrong and someone gets a "problem" from it they can sue the heck out of you so I would recommend closeing the pool until you get it under control. You could go to one of the Ask an expert.com sites but that would cost you some bucks that you probably would not be reimbursed for. You could try calling Home Depot or any of the major stores that sell pool chemicals and see if they have any free workshops. I would guess the health department might refer you to somewhere? Might even be some videos you could rent but I don't have a clue where. Goode luck.

Your best bet would be to call a pool service place for help.

They have chemicals to balance the PH Chlorine and all that. I think you can even take a water sample into a pool shop and they can help you.

Are you talking about chlorine or ph?

Don't know much about it really but level of chlorine is going to vary with how many folks use the pool. Also chlorine effectiveness is going to vary with ph levels.

Get a pro in there to look at your pool and give you some tips.
It will be well worth the money. You can really screw up a pool if you don't know what you are doing.
