I agree with you... The same is happening here at this side of the world. Tony Blair became Margaret Thatcher the Second. Its a pity a lot of these political threads still argue the Democrat v Republican crap...there is no difference only a Question of management. It's global because its not people but corporations that are corrupting governments to get what they want. |

Fema is a federal emergency organization for time of disaster in the United States.......Martial Law usually gets imposed during said time of disaster to keep people from entering the destroyed area with the exception of Red Cross etc. Thy do not prevent anyone from leaving the disaster area, evacuations are assisted not hindered
