The POWs gave her a list of their names, and other personal info to confirm their "proof of life" to their families. This was not info gained thru torture of the POWS before this point, and "slipped" to her while shaking hands with the prisoners.

She gave it to the Cong, allowing them information to use in their "enhanced interrogation techniques" against those POWS.

Family information is a great tool when psycologicly tortuing a prisoner who has no way of disavowing family "happenings" they might use to break your will!

Aid and comfort to the enemy..... made their job of breaking the prisoners will that much easier to garner further information of a more vital nature!
