It would all depend on how far away they are from your "preferred" type... A guy that only dates short girls might go up to 6 foot but I doubt he would go to 7 foot tall. Not saying that all guys are that way...

Why not I dated a guy once that was 5 5 an yes i actually new a guy that was 7 0 to me it all depends on the inside of the person more then the outside

For me personally I am about trying to be healthy, so my biggest thing is the smoking/nonsmoking thing. I have gone out with girls and we hit it off, but as soon as she lit up I knew friends was as far as it could go between us...

My last gf was not like the (physical) type I usually find myself attracted to, but there were so many other positive things going on that I became very attracted to her anyway.... And now it seems I'm automatically attracted to anyone who looks like her....!

Well, that tells us a lot. What can I say? Stepping away from what we prefer is tough. Hmmm, the last girl I went out with was not my preferred type, but chemistry was there for me, not her though. So I guess the answer is yes, it is possible.

I don't have strict preferences when it comes to dating, so this hasn't really been an issue for me.

As long as there was some kind of attraction then sure....Have dated many different types one never knows which one will be the one that you will totally click with once you get to know them...
