Topic: X. vs. Y. The new world order or a struggle for power?

Fri 06/01/12 01:35 PM

In the struggle between political factions, republicans vs. democrats, Conservatives vs. liberals, we sometimes wonder what side we should take if worst comes to worse ---- if any.

In the event of a civil war, what side do we take or do we just hide in our huts and keep our heads down until someone wins, then pledge our allegiance to the winner and hand over our taxes to them?

Do both sides want to enslave us or are we kidding ourselves about there even being two sides?

Who wants freedom and maybe anarchy?

Who wants control and dictatorship?

Where do we, and how do we choose? How do we find a balance?

Will they murder our leaders?

Why have we given control of our food, gas, transportation and energy over to the government?

Will we be able to survive without getting permission and paying homage to our over lords, the government?

Will they allow us to trade and barter when money becomes worthless?

Do you fear the government?

i am not afraid of the government yet. however they are doing things that are making me nervous. they have way too much power. i will never take the governments side on anything. soon there will be people in the streets fighting the government because voting isn't working. politicians tell you the same ol same ol. then when they get in office they do what the lobbyists want them to do. it's all about money and power. there is a revolution coming, i doubt that we could win it with all the new technology that the gov. has at thier disposal. as far as allowing us to barter when the money becomes worthles. ha it is worthless and there already is a huge underground of barter that goes on. i would like to say why does everyone continue to seek the governments validation on anything. we should just ignore them and trust what we do and trust our own people and feelings. the governent is not the last word on anything. have a great day john

Foreign troops now train on our soil in crowd control ... WHY?.... because gov't does not trust it's own military to act against a unified citizenry in the event of a revolution against their tyranny!

And we label other countries "Third World"! slaphead

Yep.

And don't expect them to take pity on anyone or have any compassion or understanding for your petty problems. They have been through more hell than you can imagine and they are not going to feel sorry for your pathetic azz. They will shoot you in a heartbeat.

I don't trust the government as far as I could throw any of the crook politicians.

I don't believe there will be a civil war.
I think we all want the same things,
we just have different views on how to get it.
It's the media that is trying to divide us,
divided we are easier to control...
easier to get neighbors to rat on each other.
When push comes to shove i believe people will stand together.
i hope so..
United we stand, divided we fall!!

"A house divided against itself cannot stand!"

The results are inevitable unless people wake up and vote change!

REAL CHANGE! RON PAUL 2012!

We can only hope Jeannie...and vote...or question the vote.

As (I think it was) Lenin said... "It's not who casts the votes that matters, but who counts them."

The GOP/RNC effort against Ron Paul in this election bears that out to PERFECT example!

http://www.examiner.com/article/paul-supporters-want-gop-corruption-exposed-and-penalties-exacted

The Grinch and the "insane one" sold their (souls and supporters) votes to the GOP to cover campaign debts, and now support the RNC choice of Robme, like all the attacks they leveled against him NEVER happened and now he is an EXCELLENT choice for POTUS.....

Only Paul remains....because HE CAN'T BE BOUGHT!

I agree, only Paul remains...
if he won't be bought, he isn't getting in office.

Not going to happen...

Bilderberg gathering this weekend,
they will decide who will be our next president.

I will let Howard Zinn speak for me....

“Truth has a power of its own. Art has a power of its own.

That age-old lesson – that everything we do matters – is the meaning of the people’s struggle here in the United States and everywhere.

A poem can inspire a movement.
A pamphlet can spark a revolution.

Civil disobedience can arouse people and provoke us to think, when we organize with one another, when we get involved, when we stand up and speak out together, we can create a power no government can suppress.

We live in a beautiful country.

But people who have no respect for human life, freedom, or justice have taken it over.

It is now up to all of us to take it back.”
- Howard Zinn
