Sometimes I wonder about the 'new age' we now live in! I'm not sure anymore if the guy should make the first move to show interest, or do we wait and let the woman show interest?? Hmmm? Anyone have some good advice? I would like to hear some input! Thanks!

i don't think it matters personally but if you see someone that you like i wouldn't sit around waiting for them to ask.

define what you mean by "first move"
A---to approach the opposite person
B---to ask for a phone # from someone you've been talking to
C---first physical contact

Many different types of first moves....can you be a bit more specific

yeah i guess i should be a little more specific...it would be A.
The other 2 are a bit more personal. For me, I would like to get to talk to her first.

I don't really see the connection between New Age and making the first move..but... hmm.yes, I have made the first move.

Can't say I always/I never...just when it seems right.

*shrug*

You have only 11 post's right now, just try and post in other forums and reply here and there and let people get to know you better, at least that is what I was told when I first joined this site.

And it's free so that's what you get for free etc.

Vs a pay site that is where you might have an 75% or higher chance of finding somebody a bit faster.

Just do not go to singlesnet website, it doesn't work very well lol. Or at least it didn't for me.

New Age? How long does it have to be around before it becomes the ordinary, not so new age?

All these tags, and labels...

If A meets someone interesting and would like to get to know B better, A says hello to B and then asks if B would like a coffee, or a meal shared....then B answers A, either in the affirmative or the negative.

I don't see gender with A, nor with B...simple.

Sometimes the non-responsive women are saving energy. They have guys give them unwanted attention, trying to exploit everyday courtesies to trap them into a conversation they don't want to have. It happens so much to them, and they dislike it so strongly, they have adopted "mild rudeness" as a strategy to protect themselves from it.

I don't blame them. Sometimes I do the same thing to solicitors, once its clear they are soliciting, I refuse to let them take advantage of my courtesy to trap me in a convo - by no longer being courteous to them.

It works both ways,it's just a shame that so many are selfish and don't know how to give. Hell if you look at the way life is today in society peopleare brought up by what that see and not so much what is taught. Well at least in big citys you will see how your unwelcome and how most will be cought up in there selves and believe that everyone ows it to them. Hell sorry to say this but in my area is a rich area and the women think if you have no money your worth nothing. So this is why most are on these sites looking for peoiple that will except you for you and not what you have. So on here if your real with
