Hi everyone. :) I am adjusting nicely to the weight loss surgery. I have started swimming every day. I weighed in at the dr. Today . . .324 !!!

How are you doing penny? Got more success to share? im doing good. :) i have been swimming and doing water aerobics every day. I am still adjusting to my small stomach and its been a challenge to reach my calorie and protein limits each day. Im suppose to eat 500-800 calories a day and 60 grams of protein a day. Its hard because I get full so fast and i am rarely hungery. Im eating alot of talapia and chicken breasts and tuna. I also have strawberry and vanella protein shakes i drink to ensure im getting my protein plus taking lots of vitamin and calcium supplements. I weigh in again in a few weeks . . I will keep you all posted on the progress. :)

Hi Penny,
I had the RNY. They are now saying to count the calcium in your food and not to take 1600 mg calcium in supplement. Track what you are getting in food AND THEN SUPPLEMENT as needed. Dr Oz's web site has an android phone tracker app. Hugs and smooches, Terri |

Things are going well, i have been swimming almost everyday. I cant swim today they are cleaning one pool and remodeling the other one . .UGH!!!. . and its gonna be 104 here all week. I will just have to walk longer this evening. Back to swimming tomorrow. Hope all is well with you. . Have a blessed week.
