Looks like only admin and premium members can see it. Sounds to me like a box to make it private was accidentally checked.

I don't think it's premium members. I think mods and admins with access to all of the forums didn't get zapped.
I'm pretty sure it has to do with the glitch this morning with the search function. Still waiting to hear. |

Hi, everybody. In order to keep a certain ad campaign on Mingle2, I'm afraid that we may need to get rid of the forum in question. If it would have been feasible, I would have given you guys a decent warning. The situation did not allow this, apparently, and for that I apologize. More to come soon...

Charles, I hope we don't have to get rid of it. It is one of the busier forums we have on here and most of the posters have fun in the threads. I understand that we need the ads, but I hope they understand that this is a site for adults and that S & I discussion is part of adult life.
And Soufie, if you have posted anything raunchy about me, I hope you leave it up!!

Relax, everyone. The forum is still there, it is simply hidden, at least for now. These ads are needed to keep the site free. We'll try and find a happy median (or medium, if you prefer) |

I'm sure mingle understands that, otherwise the section never would have existed in the first place. It's just sad when one advertiser can control the content for someone else's website. I wouldn't be surprised if there are more demands made by the same advertiser in the near future. |
