I'm sorry but I hate it when people are critical of my diet and exercise. "You don't need to diet," "If you loose any more weight you're going to look sick,"
The reason I "Don't need to diet," is because I do diet and exercise. The reason I talk about it is not to make other people uncomfortable with their bodies, but because I am soo proud of mine! I don't know, I just wish people could be more supportive.

I eat 3 meal a day and take Multi-vitamin supplement. Before the last meal I waited 30 minutes after exercise. This routine had maintain my weight and look fit. I have high metalbolism, so getting fat is impossible. I like to look fit, not skinny or have a body of a body builder haha.

Skinny people shouldn't be on diet lawl. Can exercise to maintain a good health though.

I'm glad your diet and exercise regimine works for you! Mine doesn't, so obviously you've got something going there. Just don't forget to allow yourself to indulge once in a while. Life is to short not to enjoy the sweetness of it's bounty ever once in a while.

Maybe if you stopped bragging about the way you look, you wouldn't have this problem.

Generally I'm talking about how I need to loose more weight or work on certian muscle areas more.
