I am have friends over for dinner tomorrow and at a lost on what to make, I do not want to spend the day in the kitchen, but want to make something that looks like I have. Anybody have any ideas for quick, easy but nice looking dinner ideas?

do you/they like lamb? If so, I have an amazing recipe, takes about 5 minutes to put together, 40 minutes to cook and looks and tastes like an all day job. But, lamb is kind of an acquired taste, not everyone is into it.

Good plan bigsmile Lamb is definitely not to everyone's tastes, I love it but I grew up with it. I'll see if I can think of something else.

You could bake a whole chicken .... who doesnt love chicken ???

Just stuff some herbs under the skin along w/some butter . Salt and pepper the outside and pop it in the oven . Super good . I have a really good potato salad recipe that goes well with this .
