When people that I dont know,
ask for friendship... I tell them this... "Sorry, but I only friend people, that I have gotten to know, from participating in the forums, here at Mingle. The "forums" can be found in the "Community" section. Thanks for the invite, and I hope to see you there! God bless and have a nice day!".  It gets more people to the forums, and the more thay participate in the forums, USUALLY, the longer they stay at Mingle.   Plus, dont we all want the forums hoppin??  I do!
