We all have our own belief's. I grew up without religion in the home. But I somehow knew there was a God,although he was always in my heart. It wan't till my 30's that I really started going to church and finding the real power in the word.I can look back on life now and even in the bad times,he was right by my side,I just didn't let him in.Life is so much beautiful now to walk the walk with my God.

My beliefs are... complicated.

My Christian denomination used to be strict with a lot of rules that didn't make sense and seemed more controlling than good-spirited, but withing the last few decades we've adopted a philosophy of freedom with enough responsibility to bring no harm to yourself and others. Other than that I believe in most things other Christians believe.

Basically I feel I can translate most of the bible in one simple sentence: "Don't be a Jerk!"

I am an Atheist. Grew up going to church and crap. But certain experiences have led me to believe there is no god there is no hell. And I am happy believing that.

I do believe in God, Jesus & the Holy Spirit. However I also you must do more than "just" believe...I mean even Satan believes in Jesus. They have met face to face.
While it is important not to shove something down ppls throats they dont want- and trust me alot of wierd and crappy things have been done in the name of "Christianity" or some other religion, It is what you do, how you live and the way you not only carry yourself but treat others.

My goal is for others to see what I have, know I am different (not in a creepy way) and want what it is I am Blessed with.
Until then I only share verbally when asked I let my heart and my actions speak for themselves.

I am a sabbath-keeper (Isaiah: 66:22,23), non pork-eater (and other things Isaiah: 66:17;15-17 ) and believe that when Jesus (Yahshua) returns in the sky, it will NOT be a secret (Matt: 24)where some will disappear. The dead in Christ (Messiah) will rise first (1 thess: 4:16)BEFORE any righteous is elevated to meet them in the air with Messiah. I believe the 'communion' should be once a year (1 Cor: 11: 17-33); it really is the amended passover.

It’s very difficult to share my beliefs because most people don’t seem to be able to comprehend the picture of god that I experience.

When I try to explain how I perceive god people will often say that the picture is incomplete, or “cold”. When they say that its perfectly clear to me that they can’t possibly understand what I’m trying to convey because if they fully understood it they would understand that nothing could be more beautiful, compelling, and fulfilling.

I don’t view god as being an individual ‘ego’. Instead I see ‘god’ as the spirit of the universe. God is in everything and everyone. God’s love is unconditional by its very nature. It’s simply impossible to be separate from god. However, it is quite possible to have the illusion of being separate from god.

I often have dreams of what it is like to be in a purely spiritual form. I suppose many people would call that experience “heaven”. In my dreams there are many spirits, infinitely many. They simultaneously have individuality and not. Everyone knows everyone else’s thoughts. But there isn’t any problem with this because everyone is also aware that all thoughts belong to everyone. In the spiritual form there is only one mind and everyone shares it. The mind is god. However, there is no central ego to god. God doesn’t have a central ‘self’. God is omnipresent. There is no ‘central’ essence to god for there is no ‘center’. God is the life-force which sustains all that exists.

God has no wants, or needs. Therefore god cannot want anything from you. To want something from you would be a “want”. God has no wants or needs. God is totally unthreatening in any way. There is absolutely nothing to fear from god. God is the essence of love, contentment and security.

It doesn’t require faith to believe in god. God is the essence of our begin at the most fundamental level. To know god is to know your true nature. No one is separate from god no matter what they believe. God’s nature does not depend on belief.

For me, religions are a distraction from god. I view all religions as idol worship. To idolize a book or a historical figure is to miss out on knowing the living god. To serve an external image of an external god only serves to blind people from their true nature and actually prevent them from knowing the true essence of the living god. But this is the essence of the human condition. This is the way things are meant to be. Its not important to seek god. God is always with you no matter what you believe. What’s important is to appreciate the human condition while it lasts. This is the purpose of life as we experience it in the human form.

I don't see churches as having anything at all to do with god. I would never go to a church to seek god.

Shalom in our Messiah Yahshua..
Our beliefs are pretty close. i do follow this command as I will not say J-sus. As this would fit our society today... May Yahweh's Shalom Fill Your House.... Miles

Josh 23:6-7

6 Be ye therefore very courageous to keep and to do all that is written in the book of the law of Moses, that ye turn not aside therefrom to the right hand or to the left;

7 That ye come not among these nations, these that remain among you; neither make mention of (the name of their mighty ones), nor cause to swear by them, neither serve them, nor bow yourselves unto them:
KJV
Prov 10:29-32

29 The way of Yahweh is strength to the upright: but destruction shall be to the workers of iniquity.

30 The righteous shall never be removed: but the wicked shall not inhabit the earth.

31 The mouth of the just bringeth forth wisdom: but the froward tongue shall be cut out.

32 The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable: but the mouth of the wicked speaketh frowardness.
KJV
When u prove and do these things brother, then the catching up u speak of will be upon you.

Deut 32:3-5

3 Because I will publish the name of Yahweh: ascribe ye greatness unto our Elohim.

4 He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a Elohim of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.

5 They have corrupted themselves, their spot is not the spot of his children: they are a perverse and crooked generation.
KJV

Deut 32:11-12

11 As an eagle stirreth up her nest, fluttereth over her young, spreadeth abroad her wings, taketh them, beareth them on her wings:

12 So Yahweh alone did lead him, and there was no strange Elohim with him.
KJV

Rev 12:14-17
4 But the woman was given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness to her place, where she is nourished for a time and times and half a time, from the presence of the serpent. 15 So the serpent spewed water out of his mouth like a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away by the flood. 16 But the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened its mouth and swallowed up the flood which the dragon had spewed out of his mouth. 17 And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to make war with the rest of her offspring, who keep the commandments of Yahweh and have the testimony of Yahshua Our Messiah.
NKJV

Deut 32:16-26
6 They provoked him to jealousy with strange Mighty ones, with abominations provoked they him to anger.

17 They sacrificed unto devils, not to Yahweh; to Elohim whom they knew not, to new that came newly up, whom your fathers feared not.

18 Of the Rock that begat thee thou art unmindful, and hast forgotten Yahsua that formed thee.

19 And when the Lord saw it, he abhorred them, because of the provoking of his sons, and of his daughters.

20 And he said, I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end shall be: for they are a very froward generation, children in whom is no faith.

21 They have moved me to jealousy with that which is not God; they have provoked me to anger with their vanities: and I will move them to jealousy with those which are not a people; I will provoke them to anger with a foolish nation.

22 For a fire is kindled in mine anger, and shall burn unto the lowest hell, and shall consume the earth with her increase, and set on fire the foundations of the mountains.

23 I will heap mischiefs upon them; I will spend mine arrows upon them.

24 They shall be burnt with hunger, and devoured with burning heat, and with bitter destruction: I will also send the teeth of beasts upon them, with the poison of serpents of the dust.

25 The sword without, and terror within, shall destroy both the young man and the virgin, the suckling also with the man of gray hairs.
26 I said, I would scatter them into corners, I would make the remembrance of them to cease from among men:
KJV

Deut 32:28-32

28 For they are a nation void of counsel, neither is there any understanding in them.

29 O that they were wise, that they understood this, that they would consider their latter end!

30 How should one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, except their Rock had sold them, and the Lord had shut them up?

31 For their rock is not as our Rock, even our enemies themselves being judges.

32 For their vine is of the vine of Sodom, and of the fields of Gomorrah: their grapes are grapes of gall, their clusters are bitter:
KJV

For those who know brother...

John 5:43-44
3 I have come in My Father's name, and you do not receive Me; if another comes in his own name, him you will receive.
NKJV

Deut 32:29-31

29 O that they were wise, that they understood this, that they would consider their latter end!

30 How should one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, except their Rock had sold them, and the Lord had shut them up?

31 For their rock is not as our Rock, even our enemies themselves being judges.
KJV

I will leave u brother with this.. May Yahshua in the Highest Bless You... Miles

Rev 14:1-6

Then I looked, and behold, a Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with Him one hundred and forty-four thousand, having His Father's name written on their foreheads. 2 And I heard a voice from heaven, like the voice of many waters, and like the voice of loud thunder. And I heard the sound of harpists playing their harps. 3 (They sang (as it were) a new song before the throne, before the four living creatures, and the elders; and no one could learn that song except the hundred and forty-four thousand who were redeemed from the earth. 4 These are the ones who were not defiled with women, for they are virgins. These are the ones who follow the Lamb wherever He goes. These were redeemed from among men, being firstfruits to Yahweh and to the Lamb. 5 And in their mouth was found no deceit, for they are without fault before the throne of Yahweh.

Abracadabra...
I do not go to church to find God either. He lives in my heart. The problem with going to church to find God is most ppl leave Him there when they go. He should be with us. After all, His children ARE the church- Not some building. A building is a building.
God is with me in my home, my car everywhere I go....
I am less likely to act like a "goober" if I rememebr He goes with me and sees everything I do. LOL

Well Milesoftheusa.
Many years ago, in the eighties, I was broke, unemployed in my new unfinished house (which the woman later took from me)and heartbrokened.

A lady told me to READ some Psalm which I can not now remember. I probably did read it and went to bed.

A hooded person whose face I could not see; (they were turned sideways and that face area was dark) told me read Deutoromy 11 and Hosea 11. When I awoke in the night, I went and read them.

Deutoronomy 11 says to KEEP THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS (God's commandments) and his product (me) will last long and be protected and supported by him.

Reading Hosea, seemed to be saying that it is He,, THE MANUFACTURER who has been holding my hands teaching me to walk, and I don't even recognize it, and when I am rebellious, it hurts him WORSE than if my wife is having sex with a next man, where I know about it.

I must start back reading those texts again.
In fact I think I will go and read them right now.

I forgot to put it this way: The person asked me: "You want something to read? Read Deuteronomy eleven and Hosea eleven."

I since wonder if the male voiced Bein in the dream was telling me that I will be just like Hosea always having heartache with wife, so that I can explain to others that, not following the Manufacturer's instructions, hurts the Manufacturer, a type of 'badly' that Humans cannot understand, but a good example is when your wife is always sneaking to go with a next man and then you have to take her back when she comes back to you.
