I suppose this is something we have all come across in online dating and wonder if it can work? What do you think?

Instead of looking for love online, perceive love wherever you go.

I think that if two people build a relationship online no matter the distance, one of them would have to consider relocating. But if there feelings for each other are strong enough, then they can make it happen.x

Men may come and men may go
But love goes on forever

So if real love persists between the two then there are no barriers that could make them separate. Distance, oceans, nothing could stop them from getting united. So if anyone is interested to love do feel free to send a message to ma profile. Hoping for a best partner from here over my life. Love u all

I believe it can work, and for some it already has, but it is by no means an easy option in my opinion, and very much depends on the two people involved. It can be costly in time and money to meet up, so before you do meet you need to know a lot about each other which takes time, but this can only be a good thing learning all about each other first. From the beginning I think you must be aware of the fact that if all goes well, relocation is required if you are going to be together, ask yourself if you are able and prepared to relocate possibly to another country. I prefer to find someone much closer to home, where meeting each other would be easier and more frequent once you had agreed to meet, but I would not exclude anyone of interest because of where they lived.

Very well said! :)

I am about to move to another country for the one I am with.
Distance should not matter, and yes, there are barriers that I have had to cross, but nothing that couldn't be done.
Love surely does conquer all.

The person who moves/ relocates to be closer to their partner is the weaker sex.

If you want it to work, it will.

Depends on the distance involved and how often the couple spends time together, in person. If parties are not willing to travel, then it rarely works. Distance can be a huge barrier and Couples usually part and find someone closer to home.

I think they can work as long as they stay long distance. For for how long; For what purpose and how meaningful they are might be another question to consider.
