I have met 4 people from this site IRL. There are lots of real folks here. It just takes longer to meet in person. Patience is a virtue. I don't have a current pic up because I was gone for four months and right now I'm accessing the site through my phone so I can't upload a new pic. Plus, I'm shy.

Well, it's like this Ian: This is a tool to meet other tools online. If a gal likes a tool she then may meet such a tool in person, logistics permitting. In conclusion, like employment, if you don't like this site, find another. Calling us chickens is very unattractive.

Yes its not attractive but for those with more social skill and assertiveness its an invitation to actually meet and see if both have any potential chemistry. The difficulty is putting in too much time jmust to meet and then be disappointed when there is no chemistry or the people simply do not click. Its best to meet early on and build rather than have incessant emails and ludicrous texting to figure a way to learn how to be more comfortablew and assertive. Actually there are social skills training found in Leisure Learning for those who prefer a more direct and facile interaction. As for the little fish its best to throw them back and let them find other minnow....
