WOW.. what a WEEKend.. PHEW.. busy busy busy.. flew RIGHT by.. they're never long enough

we took off yesterday morning really early.. drove the hour & 1/2, watched my eldest do her triathlon then headed out to eat.. we went to a chicken place that WOW.. the service was just HORRID.. the manager got all up in our faces about a few pieces of fruit? anywho.. just got off the phone with their head office and filed a complaint.. if EVER one of my employees spoke to a client THAT way..? they'd be fired in a heartbeat!!! the manager acted like a 2yr old.. it was quite embarrassing and I've no intentions of EVER going back to eat at THAT location.. and with the caliber of employees they retain, I'm thinking I'd not go to any of their OTHER locations EITHER!! very childish and rude

anywho.. got home and the ex was here.. seems grandpa was coming to see the lil dude.. he came bearing gifts too.. vegan stuff mind you but I will eat the oranges

I guess because of the long day the wee one had.. it really tired him out.. he slept from 9pm straight thru till 7am
yet somehow.. my daughter STILL complained

whatever.. life goes on and it's MONDAY again good thing is.. NEXT Monday is a HOLIDAY and it's an early quitting time on Friday.. yipee!!
