Photo: AP Vice President Joe Biden listens as President Barack Obama speaks to members of the media during a meeting with Baltic leaders in the Cabinet Room of the White House in Washington, Friday, Aug. 30, 2013. Speaking about Syria, the president said he hasn't made a final decision about a military strike against Syria. But he says he's considering a limited and narrow action in response to a chemical weapons attack that he says Syria's government carried out last week.

This site really isn't as friendly as I thought. What with all the country-bashing. Grown up? Yeah right. You'd think "nice" people wouldn't resort to that kind of thing. Just wow. I, for one, also wish to leave Syria alone. I'm against battles as it is. I have no business sticking my nose in another country who didn't start battling with mine. All those Syrian children. Why would I wanna help out with this war? You get back what you deserve, I'm afraid. And crying wolf afterwards, is never a good trait. Trying to force other countries to get involved is so selfish and idiotic. I can see why David Cameron said no.

Ms Shy,
How many folks here have you seen supporting Hussein wanting to invade Syria?

His most fanatics supporters on this site don't have the balls to come out and defend his BS.

Our Congress, is so sold out, they won't say 'Hell no, you won't do it.
I believe, the Reps who support an invasion either stand to make a bunch of money off It, have already made it or, somebody has so much chit on em, to stand up would cost them their career.

But, liberals will hear a line of bull, have some progressive bling dangled in front of their noses and vote in another loser who wants to destroy our way of life.

Your post is absolutely amazing. It is a good thing the U. S. did NOT seek your advice in fighting the Nazis. Hitler did NOT attack the U. S. so it must have been wrong of us to "intervene" where we were not provoked, right? Like Michael Savage eleoquently stated...."Liberalism is a Mental Disorder."

I wonder where all of the Bush detractors are NOW? Where are you diseased-o-crats? You were the ones who demanded we seek "U N Approval"....and suddenly Obama is saying we do NOT need U N approval to strike against Syria. What a bunch of leftist, hypocritical misfits.

As much as I hate to see the carnage and waste there we should not be involved. If it was an orchestrated U.N. action maybe I would feel differently.what

other developing nations "hate" us because of our foreign involvement, but then a lot of them do end up here because terrorism in their own nations is so bad. it is a difficult paradox that is hard to wrap ones head about. a war in Syria is not popular in the US, that I can assure those friends on here from other countries.

we do not want really, to see others bomb themselves into oblivion. it's just frustrating to deal with waves of immigrants from these countries who come here for asylum who at the same time hate on our country...like ...hello....if we are so bad perhaps you'd like to just go on back home???? helllloooooo

yes we entered the pacific theatre first. and we were attacked in both theatres but I think we would have liberated France anyway eventually...I think that was in the works from Versailles treaty

All the liberals used to jump up in here defending Hussein.

Them not showing and condemning this action tells me they are in favor of invading Syria.
