Are you desperate....it's a negative term for people longing for love. However, I noticed lately that many people are posting their phone numbers in the threads. No only is it extremely dangerous...it comes across very desperate. If you can't take the time to get to know someone than are you even looking for true love or a real relationship?

I think it's a stupid thing for people to do. But they do it on so many sites. Sometimes it's done by mistake on other sites like twitter. I never understood why anyone would want to do something so risky as to put their number out in such a public way.

I can't imagine who would be stupid enough to call them, great opportunity for phone scammers, people who want to trace your location, etc.

Desperation is one of the most dangerous human conditions.
I would say that sometimes I get desperate, but I certainly can't remember that it was related to loving someone or wanting to be loved. At least not in 2013. But, hey, we've got a couple months here and I still have a birthday to feel depressed about. |

desperate behaviors,, we could have pages of a thread on that topic,,lol
yeah,,I think when people aren't able to be fine and happy on their own,, they become 'desperate' to be validated and acknowledged, even by complete strangers,,, lol, maybe we all have a bit of desperation posting in these threads,,,,
