Yeah, I know that they aren't the right way up. I asked my sister to do that but that's the way that they came when she emailed them to me and I don't know how to change that.

Usually a preloaded image app on your desktop, mobile, laptop, notebook, etc. should allow you to rotate your pics sent through email. You seem to be a tech wise guy so maybe you already tried to correct them that way before you uploaded the pictures onto mingle2. Not sure what else would fix the problem but I am sure someone on this discussion board will know. Best of luck!

Alright, I've sorted that now. Still fishing for compliments because someone said that I looked boring in my old pictures. The new ones are the ones where I'm dressed in black leather.

Okay, thanks. It's just tricky because I usually get my sister to take photos because she's good at that and did fine art photography at art college. Not sure when I'm going to see her next though because she's always busy with her new baby these days and she says that she can't make it to my birthday party in November and is going down to spend christmas with her in laws in England as usual.

Hi, just a suggestion, another way of getting a pic of yourself is using snapshots on your webcam if you have one, most laptops have them now or a timer on a camera, hope this helps

Not really because I have sight problems and need other people to take pictures of me.

I honestly didn't think that my pictures were that bad and people that I know have said that they look good but perhaps the people rating them on here have sight problems as well, or it's something to do with the site.

And I definetely don't wear glasses but my ex tells me that when I've been drinking my eyes can look a bit dark, so maybe that's it.

Some pictures that are good or okayish don't look that great here because the size gets reduced quite a bit. That's something you gotta think about.
Also, friends and acquaintances tend to be polite, so you're probably better off asking here than them, if you want an honest opinion that is.

Yeah, anyway I'm supposed to be meeting my sister for lunch a couple of days after my birthday, which is on the thirteenth. I'll get her to take some more shots then and make sure that she gets a close up face shot for my main picture. The lighting is probably going to depend on the weather though and it's Scotland but the place we're supposed to be going for the meal is on the coast, so might look nice with the water in the background.

She told me the other day that her husband says that I look like some famous writer in one of those new pictures and that I should use it when I get published.

BTW, It's not just family and aquaintences that have said that they liked those pictures because women that I've chatted with on here and on other sites have as well but whatever. It can't do any harm to put some new pictures on there.

When mine come out sideways I post i upload it on Facebook it's usually right way up on there, then download it then upload it on here
