Well, I think anyone can be taken off this site at any time so If someone asks for a phone number instantly, I think It's cool to give it out and get to know that person as time goes on. After some time, If you think you don't trust the person enough, you can go ahead to block that person.

Does the fact “anyone can be taken off this site at any time” not throw up a red flag for you and yet you’re still willing to give out your number?

If I find someone on here that I want to know more. I have no problem giving my number.

After they've used your number to do a bit of data mining. Good grief...

I give a different number, to everyone I speak with
in a day.

A single number.

If those people ever get together,
and put those numbers together, in
the correct order, I might get a call...
Eventually.

I get tired when after a two or three messages somebody asks if I’m on WhatsApp or Hangouts or can they have my number. Or they send a message including their number asking me to call them! What’s the problem with just exchanging messages and getting to know somebody first

They are not here to know YOU only your information. It's all about volume. They ask quickly and then most move on if you are not a sucker.

After two or three messages? That's really slow laugh

Asking straight away, that puts the icing on the cake. And ignoring what it says in me profile lol

If your're interested in someone at some point you need to move off the site.

Of course, but there is still no need to give out your number at that point.

Yes but I think three sentences is a bit early, and clearly these people don’t read profiles they just look at the pictures

Now, that's a wee bit rude. A person should at least say "please contact me" laugh

In all fairness, I'd want your number after looking at your pictures... Just sayin'
