anyway i would give not to everybody of course but that is not a big problem But if the opening line in a message from somebody you had never conversed with before was asking you for your number, or to go WhatsApp or hangouts, would you give that stranger your number? It’s free to message here on mingle so why not just message here until you get to know more about the person.

i do not want to be misunderstood or i do not want to express my opinion wrong of course i wouldnt give my number out wen just asked at the first mail or given but after a while, , would give, of course depends on how i feel about him. trustworthy or still a boy etc. we women watch..

why not? u block it if u dont like why behaving as if ur mobile is the top vip thing You are very trusting butribu! The reason why it is not advisable to give out your number to someone you don't really know is because if that person is a less than honest person (like a scammer) they can take that personal number and try somehow to get other personal information from you without your knowledge. Sure you can block them but the damage was already done by giving them something personal of yours. That is what they were trying to do. waoww. does that really or can really happen in your countr in Turkey, where i live in, that is not quite possible they ask you a dozen of security questions when u want to do something using your mobile number. i would think it is at least 10 times more secure in Europe or America. O yes it happens a lot in this country. A person may think it is all innocent but when a criminal gets your phone number it is entirely possible they can (using their hi tech equipment) get access to some of your other personal information like bank account information, credit card information. It is all part of identity theft crime.
