I am starting a cross fit fitness course with a mate next week. It will be painful but man I will feel good. We both did this tough girl/guy challenge. You go through mud, water, up/down hills. Like am army course type thing. It was fun. You can't be ladylike. Lol Perks- a cute policeman takes the course. Lol. More fun Less boredom |
