Topic: Why do younger guys like older women?

Leigh, I said what I know about in the real world and I can only talk about that and not what I see on the internet or on television. That isn't the real world. Maybe I live in a little corner of the world on a little island but that's the world that I'm living in and I'm a guy and I speak to other guys.

Yes, my post was provocative. I'm sorry if you think that it was in any way disrespectful towards you or other women. That was certainly not my intention.

It's fine by me if your intention was provocation over fact, just understand, when you provoke unnecessarily you run the risk of coming off as stupid and/or small.....You have been on here long enough to know that we have some very cool older women/younger men relationships on board from whom all of us "singles" could learn a thing or two....

I'd give his left testicle to be available to unsingle you.love

If you had offered yours, I think we might have struck a deal!drool love

Both of mine appreciate good women.

No, it wasn't provocation over fact. I just don't know any guys that have a preference for older women and gave my opinion based on my personal experience and years of talking to other guys about women when there weren't women around and we weren't trying to flatter them. Do you not know that we do that?

I may be completely missing the point here and that's quite possible. I told you that I didn't read most of this thread, or the other one about this. I just jumped to the conclusion that because it's such a hot topic and that because women on here are always complaining that they get lots of unwanted attention from younger men that they think that men in general really do prefer older women and I think that that's just a bag of shite.

Yes, I've been on here long enough to know what people are going to be touchy about but to repeat, I never said anything against women. Why is my post offensive and you aren't jumping on PacificStar for what she said when she echoed my post? Seems to me that she went further than I did.

I didn't think what you said was that bad. I have to agree that every single young that hit on me was indeed a loser so there is some truth to what you say. Fact is these guys would do anything for sex and honestly they don't care about the age of the woman. I often also wonder if they are just too lazy to put in any real effort to date someone their age so they go to an older woman thinking the relationship will be less work.

The reason I'm not jumping on Joyce is one word...She said "some" men...and I happen to agree with her... Although I have not experienced it, I'm sure some men do hit on older women because they hate them and want to hurt them by taking advantage of their vulnerability or neediness....Do you really think I am jumping on you?...You are one of the toughest posters on here, don't tell me you're going to get soft and sensitive now....laugh laugh

Alright, let's just cut the crap then and get to the point. People here are saying that what I said was disrespectful because they think that I'm implying something about older women not being as attractive as young chicks. It's got nothing to do with me not knowing anything about love and whatever Joyce may have said in her post, I believe that her position is that people should date "age appropreately" and that's never been my position.

Here's an example for you: I know a guy and he's middle aged. I know that he loves his wife but he talks to me in private about how she was gorgeous when she was younger but now she aint no glamour model and all he talks about is how he's jealous of guys that are banging young babes. That's disrespectful but whether he loves his wife or not, he has zero chance of trading her in for a younger model and he knows it because he is also fat and middle aged. I don't know though because he works as a teacher and he told me that these days he fancies "the mums". Women his own age or a bit younger.

Preferences can change I suppose. When I was younger I wouldn't even look at a fat girl or a middle aged woman. I don't know what the f**k is going on here with all of these young guys posting here about how older women are better because they have more experience. They sound to me like a bunch of virgins that don't know what they're doing and need a woman to show them. Maybe that's it but I've had sex with women in their twenties, thirties and forties and can't say that it's better with an older woman. It might be as good but it's just not better and a woman is either good in bed or she isn't. This whole thing about older women being better in bed is kind of insulting really when you come to think about it. It's like saying that you get a better shag from a fat girl because she's gagging for it. That's what these guys are saying about women behind their backs. I've heard them.

No it was a lack of "class" that insured it looked rude, as so many of his posts have been. He keeps getting banned from posting because of his rudeness and insults to various sections of humanity. He obviously never learns his lesson, which speaks for itself. huh

Except for the story about how you and "a guy you know" share private conversations in which you listen while he ridicules his wife (the wife you claim he loves), your post is redundant....Having and expressing your opinion(s) about older women/younger men is fine Tawt...Hell I even appreciate your candor...That is not my issue...My issue is with your delivery...Sometimes semantics can be a biotch,....even for you experts...whoa .

Redundant how? Not politically correct you mean? Yeah, I guess so.

Still don't know any guys in the real world that say that they prefer older women. Could just be because I live in Scotland and don't really hang about with PC types. I do hear women telling me about younger guys fancying them, or checking them out though. Not sure what "section of humanity" that I'm supposed to have insulted here but if it's the horny young guys that just go around ogling women I really do apologise and I'm so sorry.
