I do building work for a living. Mostly roofing work and house extensions and work outside in all types of weather. When I come home, i get showered and change clothes. I like to dress in smart designer gear, at all times. It's a trait that goes back til I was in my early teens. I'm fortunate enough to own my own company, so how I spend my hard earned money is of no concern to anyone, but myself. I keep myself smart, but don't go overboard like I see some guys do. I'd rather watch my football ( soccer ) team play than go to the tanning salon and what good would a manicure do in my line of work? Crazy! As I said you can look smart at all times, but as a guy you have to have a cut-off point somewhere and just do man things, without going overboard and clouding that line between the sexes!

I like a man who can clean up nice but if they become obsessive about it then it is an absolute turn off. Looks are only skin deep but insecure goes all the way to the bone. I won't share my man with another woman I sure as he-- not going to share him with another man.

Haven't had a lot of time lately so hi kids :)
I saw this thread and wondered how people would respond on both sides. I kinda got a kick out of the "murse" comment. I personally don't know many well traveled men of culture who do not have a travel kit. Call it what you may, there's no way I'm going on a trip not prepared and as comfortable as possible. If she doesn't like my purse than I hope she's prepared to carry my stuff in hers. People are weird to me. It's a bag (girl or guy bag) that is holding things that help keep you fresh. I have no problem carrying my girls bag and she has none carrying mine. What she does have a problem with is curling up under my armpit and me not taking the time to be fresh and clean for her. Also are you telling me you would not like a man who is SPA treated after his workout or work? strange! Some of the hardest workers I know make it a point to get splashed before they meet their women. You ladies who want a smelly dirty man are probably fine with farts and burps and beer breath too. I have a clue for you, some of the toughest men I know take the time to also be well groomed. Their also the same men that walk into a place and women can't keep their eyes off of them. I thought it was kinda cool when ZZ came out with this. Clean shirt, new shoes And I don't know where I am goin' to Silk suit, black tie I don't need a reason why They come runnin' just as fast as they can 'Cause every girl crazy 'bout a sharp dressed man Gold watch, diamond ring I ain't missin' not a single thing And cufflinks, stick pin When I step out I'm gonna do you in They come runnin' just as fast as they can 'Cause every girl crazy 'bout a sharp dressed man Top coat, top hat Well I don't worry 'cause my wallet's fat Black shades, white gloves Lookin' sharp and lookin' for love They come runnin' just as fast as they can 'Cause every girl crazy 'bout a sharp dressed man Just having a little fun but really girls, sometimes :) |
