one needs proof of what exist.

to gain certainty of one self.

for that...

well...

all one has to do is say "masters, divulge to me time", while walking in a clockwise circle, and all the brains thoughts will only tell of the "future"...

and if one do the same, in a counter clockwise circle, the only thoughts that will come to the brain will be thoughts of the past...

but one MUST start such process with the PAST FIRST.

then, once one is no longer afraid, at all...

since there is a progression needed to be able to know more, or be told more, or shown more...

then...

if one walk in a clockwise circle, and say "master, reveal unto me the spirits", one will FIRST hear from the spirits of all in the "future"...

and then same counter clockwise circle to hear from all the "spirits" of the "past"...

and again, one must start with the PAST, as the past was the FIRST IN TIME.

then, when one is no longer afraid, the spirits, or ghosts, will make them self manifest to you, whenever THEY deem you ready...

and you will be well on your way to knowing so never fearing "shadow people" again, knowing with certainty there are no "bad" shadow people in reality except that be "humans", who find it very convenient for people to believe such things exist, to exploit, and to shelter some humans from being the guilty humans of nefarious deeds and affairs...

So, I'm going to say it's likely much the same cause as an earlier thread about 'Sleep Paralysis.'

If you've got a super-natural problem... Then you're going to need a superior-spirit entity to over-come it.

I saw one of these when I was younger. It had a big black robe on and had red eyes. It looked like the Grimm Reaper only without his Sythe or whatever you call it. He stood in my door way and just stood there. I blinked my eyes hoping he would go away but he didn't. Then I blinked them a 2nd time, but still there he was still standing there. Then I blinked them a 3rd time and finally he was gone. I never will forget that. I didn't know what he was called until I read this thread.

those who follow the imaginations of one self, will always live in scary and shadows as real.

Reality has scary shadows and everyday fears that are as real as the ghost , spirits , imprints, Angels and God . I fear all those much less then walking down a dark city street . Alone . Or opening my pg and e bill every month . So having an imagination to escape the reality world is important. Hope , faith , courage are just some of the benefits to using your imagination .

Shadow ppl are real and scary I had a experience once about 5 yrs ago. I came home from work.and it was late I turned on the tv as I lay on couch something caught my eye. I say a hooded figure no face standing in my kitchen near the sliding door I was so afraid I Could'nt move.

why be afraid? i take it it didn't hurt you?

I believe they are more like Archons keeping the matrix together or Jinn & are there to try & prevent awakening or suppress an individuals ability.

I believe they are intelligent beings, but by no means superior. They can do things we can't do & vice versa. I believe they can attach to humans & possess people to mainly suppress the person or they can be sent as an evil eye by another human being. The way to defeat this is look in to yourself for the answers for it is only us who have them. Once you get on a higher vibration these cannot affect you.
