Can I change my tag line/header or is it permanent? You'd have to deactivate your account on here, then open up a new one with your new username, ok?

You can change you're tagline. Somewhere in your profile settings Click Account Choose Edit Profile under your profile picture Scroll down, somewhere in the left column is the tagline.
