Hi everyone. I haven't really posted much on here before, but I am really sad and feeling really alone, so what the heck, here it goes...
I am a mother of 2 beautiful kids, have a not- loving husband, and on Friday I went in to the hospital because I was having abdominal pains. Now, keep in mind that my husband works not even a mile from the hospital. The doctors office said not to drive myself, but I guess everyone else was too busy, so I did. Turns out I had a miscarriage. I have had one before, and also had to go by myself, then come home to hear about how much of a peice of crap I was for hours ( too much coffee, energy drinks, etc.) Well, thought I was feeling better until this morning when I guess what was the babies twin came out. Obviously my hormones are off, and maybe I am being snappy, but I think I have the right. I have my best friend, his wife and 5 kids staying with me and my 2 kids and hubby. Not one person offered to take me in to the hospital, my husband refused to get off work early, and every time I say anything I get yelled at for being snappy. I guess I should be thankful that my husband didn't call me names like last time. He really hasn't said much of anything to me since then. Anyways, sorry to vent, just needed to vent without getting yelled at.

I am glad you felt comfortable enough to vent. Venting is a wonderful thing. I hope you find some friends on here that you can get it all out with. I have some wonderful friends where I work at who don't get onto me for bytching because they like to bytch, too. It is truly wonderful to express myself and all the insanity inside without having to go postal.flowerforyou

Denise, so sorry to hear your sitution. You have to be strong through all this. Sounds like your husband needs somebody to come and straighten him out. Obviously, he doesn't have his prioritys straight. He needs to get on track in the REAL WORLD. You hang in there girl. If you need somebody to talk to, I'm here. Even though I don't know you, I'll help if I can. Sometimes talking about things is the best. Stay strong.   God Bless

Catch the sob asleep and give him the beating of his life....maybe he'll wake up with a new perspective. And if that doesn't do the trick remind him that he will eventualy sleep again. smokin smokin smokin

I have to agree with freshmountain.

when your husband needs to go to the hospital, your character will be on the line. Do you:

1. do the same to him (petty but mildly satisfying)

2. Drive him to the hospital and show his that even though he treats you like crap, you are a wonderful woman who loves without reservation

3. dump his @$$ NOW

((((Denise))))) so sorry to hear of your situation and what you had to go through. Sounds as if your husband is an a$$. But as they say....what goes around, comes around. His day and time will come.

There's nothing wrong with venting. Anytime you feel the need come right here girlfriend somebody is always willing to listen. flowerforyou flowerforyou flowerforyou

Denise...

He should have taken you to the hospital. Maybe you need to figure out ... why you are still with him???

It will be hard. I had major surgery last year. While visiting friends, my husband and I had a MAJOR fight. I was 3 miles from home, I wound up walking home. I left a few months after that. I never felt supported. I made the right decision, I hope you can.

Thanks everyone, especially for letting me vent. We have been separated in the past, but I always end up letting him stick around...I don't really know why. I think this was the biggest slap in the face wake up call I have ever had....at least now I know how it is when things get rough. I guess there is no time like the present to make a change....

I told you before, give me 10 minutes and a baseball bat and I will fix his attitude for you. You could do a whole lot better than him.

These people on here are great and really supportive. I am glad you came out to talk to them.

(She is my daughter - and she knows how I feel about him too.)

Thanks for supporting her.flowerforyou
