I like all kinds of oriental foods..its because there is such an array of different flavors ..

Ohh.. this is a good question..
. so many to pick from..hmm. .hmmm..hmmm.. not my fave but up there.. authentic thin crust pizza. . cooked in a clay oven.. . . basil mozzarella tomato. Italian pepperoni...mmm |

It depends on what mood I'm in. I like spicy all the time but dining out opposed to eating at home. At home, it's homemade from scratch with fresh herbs and veggies/fruits. Anything with a lot of rich color to it. It's probably why stir fry is a favorite dish of mine.

Thai Curry, red with Broccoli instead of bell peppers, lots of lemon grass and turn up the heat, let's go ultra hot, served over steaming Jasmine rice. How can you refuse?
I love food from around the world but am very partial to Thai dishes with curry being my favorite. And for the weak at heart, keep sugar packets handy to extinguish the flames if too hot. |

At home... my favorite comfort foods: brocoli with cheese over brown rice or spinach garlic onion tomato mushroom omelette with wheat toast as for eating out... i like the good quality real asian food and mexican food. mostly, i try to eat healthy, but I do make room for days of having fun and eating whatever |

.. slow cooked BBQ baby back ribs..
creamy mashed potatoes.. corn on the cob..... potato and macaroni salad.. side of baked beans in molasses.... pecan pie for dessert. . with caramel ice cream on top... .. now I have to go make some Kraft Dinner..

tell me what food you like and why? I love food, quality food, healthy food, exotic food, anything that took time to prepare.... but the one thing I can't resist, no matter how fast food it is, is a good 'ol PIZZA..hands down my favorite food ever. |

Grilled Bacon with thick fat and Sausages, Salads and Greens! I can live on that!
Nothing can beat the oozing yumminess of bacon fat soaked up with bread or dripped over rice and teamed with the freshness of the veges - heavenly combination. |

I don't think I can choose just one. Homemade beef and noodles over mashed potatoes. Pizza burgers just a regular hamburger with pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese. Sauerbraten, (German style pot roast) When I was a kid we used to eat one of these probably once a week or so and it was great.

A good grilled steak with baked potatoes and a nice garden salad, deep fried chicken Mac and cheese, collard been and home made cornbread, Fried fish whiting, catfish, or sea bass with French fr ries.

I love cooking so it is a tricky question.
I am crazy about Mallorquin sobrasada on the toast. And I use it as stuffing in tourkey breast file together with fresh cheese and safran. And then I add a cream into the sauce. I got hungry now:-) |
